1. Educational Qualification
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Minimum 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR a Degree in Civil Engineering with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

2. Experience Required
- For Diploma Holders: Minimum 2 years of experience in execution and supervision of civil/electrical works.
